    Annie is a seasoned trial attorney and co-founder of Palmetto Accident Law. She handles a wide range of personal injury cases with a focus on catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, driven by her belief in holding wrongdoers accountable and making communities safer through vigorous advocacy. Annie’s litigation foundation was built at the Charleston County Public Defender’s office, where she zealously fought for the rights of over 2,000 indigent individuals and tried dozens of cases to verdict, developing the courtroom skills that now serve her clients in these complex civil matters.

  • Sydney Lynn

    A co-founder of Palmetto Accident Law, Sydney brings substantial trial experience and a servant’s heart to her practice, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. As the immediate past President of the South Carolina Association for Justice, she has led the state’s foremost organization advocating for victims’ rights while continuing to fight for injured South Carolinians in the courtroom.
